TRAINING SCHEDULE

ADULT KICKBOXING PAD TRAINING (OAKLAND)

Join us for a fun and supportive environment where you can learn to punch, kick and get stronger!

We blend techniques from kickboxing and boxing to help students build balance, flexibility and over strength.  Our focus is on proper mechanics, ensuring the development of solid form while training.

YOUTH SANDA PROGRAM (OAKLAND)

This is a comprehensive, step-by-step training program designed to help youth develop mental clarity and physical discipline through a series of targeted exercises and drills.  With an emphasis on building confidence and ensuring safety, the program fosters the overall well-being and growth of each student.

Sanda blends elements of boxing, full-contact kickboxing and wrestling, incorporating rapid punches and kicks, takedowns, throw, sweeps and kick catches.  This dynamic system is designed to improve both striking and grappling skills, offering a well-rounded approach to martial arts training.

The focus of instruction is to develop a strong mechanical understanding of the basic strikes from kickboxing.  Once you build this understanding from classes and practice, you will be able to seamlessly string techniques together into a smooth chain.  As you progress, more complicated footwork can be incorporated with your strikes.  Coach Vince brings his experience from Sanda Kickboxing and Tae Kwon Do into the class.  Dynamic kicking and grappling techniques (kick catching with throws) are frequently shared in class.

PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS

ARRANGED PER CLIENT

Sessions are built based on each client's needs and range from a mix of conditioning, pad training or specialized skill training in martial arts (Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, Norther Shaolin, Tai chi & Bokken Training).   Please contact for rates and scheduling availability.

MEET VINCE

MARTIAL ARTS INSTRUCTOR

Vince is a Bay Area native and has been training in martial arts since 1993.  He holds a fourth degree black belt in Moodukkwan Taekwondo and has trained in disciplines including San Shou Kickboxing, Northern Shaolin, Tai Chi and Toyama Ryu Battodo.

Having experienced firsthand the benefits of martial arts in his personal life, he is thrilled to share his love and passion of training with you:

When I started training in martial arts I didn’t know what to expect.  I just knew that I needed a change. Once I got involved, my life immediately began to improve.  I became stronger, learned valuable new skills and developed a sense of confidence that had previously eluded me.  I’ve never turned back since. Now I help others discover their potential.  It’s a step-by-step process and no one gets it overnight.  But I believe with determination and the right encouragement, you can find what you’re looking for.
